Guru Gobind Singh Ji Gurudwara
Gurudwara Guru Gobind Singh Ji is situated in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. This Gurudwara stands as a symbol of the assurance given by Guru ji to the Raja of Mandi. As per story goes, Guru Gobind Singh was invited by Raja of Mandi. Guruji stayed at same location where Gurudwara stands today.
Bhima Kali Mata Temple
Bhima Kali Temple is one of the famous temples of the Mandi dedicated to Goddess Bhima Kali. Situated on the banks of River Beas, this temple also showcases different statues and idols of Gods and Goddesses in a museum.
At a distance of 40 km from Mandi, this lake is a perfect site for experiencing pure nature and spiritual bliss. Surrounded by lush green land, verdant hills and clear blue water of the lake, one can witness a pagoda style three tiered temple by the lake.
Rewalsar Lake is a spot of high spiritual importance. Situated 25 km from Mandi, this place is well known for its seven floating islands. It is believed that an act of penance was held by Lomas Rishi here and Lord Shiva impressed by his devotion gave him seven floating islands as reward.
Formerly a princely state known as Suket, Sunder Nagar is located at a distance 24 kms from Mandi. The waters of the Beas-Sutlej Project have given this place a beautiful man-made lake. Sundernagar is also well-known for the shady walks amidst towering trees. Mahamaya Temple and Sukhdev Vatika are tourist attractions here.
Naina Devi Temple
Temple is located at a beautiful location on the hill top having views of snow covered peaks around Rohtang Pass and layers of different himalayan mountain ranges. The wind in this region remains cool in the month of May, when temperature in North Indian cities surpasses 40+ celsius.
